Porch kicks off Tuesday, the 7th of September. Tha porch kickoff is never a night that should be missed…even if that means coming straight from practice…we’re excited to crank things up again – and most of all: we’re excited to gather the family together for another great year. Tuesdays Rock…a wise man once said. We begin at 7pm…end at 830pm.

For all incoming freshman parents…

We meet this Sunday (August 22) at 6pm…at the block. Just parents please. This meeting will inform you on all the happenings of tha porch this fall, and more importantly…the strategy and mission behind them. Meet the leaders of tha porch as we partner together this year…

Boy didn’t we just get out of school? Now we’re about to head back. Some of you are pumped and some of you are groaning. Anyways, we still have some summer left and we intend to use it. Don’t forget the weekly stuff… Hoops at the Block every thursday, as well as the girls Bible study at Darlene’s house. The big stuff is August 3rd and 17th.

August 3rd = Porch House Party at Frank W’s house. Best party of your life… pool, volleyball, amazing baked sweetness, and food.

August 17th = Porch Worship Slam at the Block. One last chance to worship together before the graduated seniors head off to college and we head back to school. Don’t miss it.

everyone loves a good well told story. and that’s what we’ll be doing at tha porch the next two weeks…listening to a story. i know it sounds childesh, but if you’ve never been to a story hour night at tha porch you need to give it a chance. the story being told definitly has something to show us…it will definitly surprise us and make us think as we walk out the door and head home. see you tuesday!
